Directions: Wash feet and dry thoroughly. Cut sheet to desired size and shape with scissors, then remove backing and apply to affected area. For blisters or broken skin, cut a piece to fit around the area. Do not place directly over blister or broken skin. Store in original package when not in use. See enclosed insert for more information. Care: Wash in warm soapy water. Air dry completely before reuse. Gel maintains its self-adhesive properties even after washing.
